Original artwork created using Shetland beach finds - sea glass, sea pottery, driftwood sticks, necklace chain and acrylic paint.   I collect all my materials from the beaches around The Shetland islands, sometimes snorkelling and picking up pieces. Each picture is unique and no two will ever be the same, the background is hand painted.

The posts are driftwood sticks (which are the hardest to find due to lack of trees in Shetland!), the line is a recycled necklace chain, the clothes a mix of beach glass and pottery, I always include at least 1 piece of patterned pottery.
